International patient guide
Plan the medical consultation before committing to flights or accommodation. An initial review may identify which records are useful, but it cannot replace examination or guarantee treatment.
Before requesting a visit
- State your country of residence, preferred language and broad reason for consultation.
- Ask the clinic for its approved way to submit medical records privately.
- Wait for confirmation of the date, clinician and exact clinic location.
- Check entry requirements with official authorities and arrange travel independently.
Records and language
Have a list of medicines, prior reports and relevant test dates ready. Arabic- and English-language coordination is available by prior arrangement; ask separately about interpretation during examination. Do not assume a translator, airport transfer or accommodation is included.
Costs and return travel
Request an estimate covering consultation, tests and any separately proposed procedure. Ask about follow-up, warning signs and a contact route after returning home. Length of stay and fitness to fly depend on the eventual clinical plan.
Location, language and appointment
Consultations are coordinated in Shahriar, Andisheh or Tehran (Vanak). Confirm the exact location before travelling. Arabic and English replies are available through the official WhatsApp and email channels; an on-site interpreter and other services must be confirmed separately.

A checklist for your return home
Before leaving, ask for a written summary of the consultation, copies of reports, the next review date and the agreed contact route. If treatment is planned, clarify who will provide follow-up in your home country and whether further visits in Iran may be needed.
Keep medical and travel arrangements separate
A consultation request does not confirm a procedure, hospital admission, visa, accommodation or transport. Ask which parts the clinic can actually coordinate and arrange the remaining travel requirements independently.
